Very small hole-in-the-wall spot that is easily skipped driving by.. but if you can find it, you will easily see how small it is. The magic happens behind the counter where 2 ladies go to town on fresh food made on the spot. I had 2 chorizo, egg, and bean tacos with corn tortilla made by hand. They reminded me of my grandpa’s cooking. I had the rojo enchiladas con queso and it gave me a tunnel vision flashback like the food critic in Ratatouille…
Super Super flavorful 💞 5 Stars for the Food, Mari is the owner and chef. Her staff is very personable. My neighbors introduced me to this place. The " Aguas Frescas" Well worth the price, I highly recommend the Cucumber drink. It was so good I went back twice in one day. I'm an extremely picky eater and was skeptical since the place is an out of order gas ⛽ station. This little hole in the wall, was surprisingly terrific.
THIS IS AUTHENTIC MEXICAN FOOD ❣️ And if you're sensitive to spicy hot bypass the homemade salsa, because it will knock your boots and cowboy 🤠 hat off.... 😘
For a gas station taco place it is really good. I ordered a caldo de pollo and it was delicious. I also ate two barbacoa tacos also really good. The ladies that work there are really nice overall it was a great experience I will visit again soon.
