What's a express and smooth service? Love it .. Thank you for the wonderful customer service, updates, follow-ups and the turn around time. We didn't expect that quick results. My-Viet did Vietnamese Passport for my dad, which was expired more than 25 years, did Visa for my daughter so she would join mom on a mission trip, and also did the paperwork for my aunt to visit US/dad, all cases had quick turn-around times. I was really impressed the moment I stepped in the office, Kim was there to welcome me and moments later Miss Huyen, the manager, in a friendly manner.
Even though they are overwhelmed with all the phone calls and clients waiting for them, but they spend time to talk with me and try to help my need.

Very helpful, they'll do a lots to help you out all papers and instruction very clearly. I do recommend if y'all struggle with paper qork like immigration or marriage in foreign countries.
