He is so down to earth and that’s always a big deal for me. So easy to work with. I've been having my eye out on the 2021 Volkswagen Jetta SEL for a while now. Everytime I went I couldn't get a good deal or something else went left. This time I worked with Carlos Belmonte and he was very nice, patient, and hardworking. He made sure my husband and I were comfortable, continued to communicate with us through the process, and explain every detail about the car to us. His customer service is amazing! I forgot the name of the lady in the fiance department, but she was so sweet, caring, and very helpful. She took her time and explained all the paper work to me. I want to give a big shout out to this delarship. I traded in my car, and this is my second one from them and I haven't had any issues with their cars or services. I really can't say enough good things about this dealership. This was my first car buying experience and Hiley VW exceeded my expectations. My sales rep, JP, was absolutely outstanding. I would recommend anyone looking to purchase a vehicle to see him. He is so knowledgeable about the vehicles, technology, and products that I left with absolutely no questions. Then, when my car was delayed in shipment, he went above and beyond to make sure my experience remained 5-star. It was a very easy process and my finance rep Sarah was extremely intelligent and very helpful. An all-around great experience. Jean-Paul was great! Even when I thought I might leave without the car, somehow we made a deal. He went to speak to his manager, we found a place we were all comfortable and the deal was made. I have a VW dealership 20 miles from my house. I could not make a deal with them 2 months ago with same model car. Hiley VW is 100 miles from my house. I will be back to get that VW Bus when it hits the Americas

We can’t say enough good things about Hiley Auto Group and in particular Blake Hairston who as our salesman was very knowledgeable about the brand and vehicle we were interested in and very responsive to all of our questions. Our experience in Finance was easy and efficient and added to our positive experience.
