Rainbow Children's Clinic Mayfield

I was very pleased with my experience today here at Rainbow Childrens Clinic. The staff is phenomenal and super sweet! I even trusted to leave my 4 month old with the front staff until I took a quick restroom break. The main doctor here is very caring and actually cares for her patients unlike previous clinics I have been too. They’re even open on Saturdays which I appreciate a lot due to working during weekdays!

This clinic is the absolute best! It was great from the start! The front staff is so helpful and PROFESSIONAL! They helped me make a PCP change with my insurance & the Provider was so sweet with my kids! The nurse who gave my baby shots was patient and friendly they didn’t even cry!

My husband and I have been taken are two little ones here since they been born.Dr Tan is amazing.
My experience at the front desk has not been all that great but it’s understandable that they are a super busy clinic and they are stressed sometimes I can say when checking out today, Tara ( sorry if I get her name wrong) but she was wonderful!
I can’t express her attitude or patience towards me dealing with two sick kids and the questions I had. But the way she toke the time out of her day and busy schedule she gave my oldest stickers and made him smile even though he was sick & even got my 5 month old to smile, he even spit out his pacifier to interact with her. SHE IS AWESOME & I love to see that when we trust this clinic and staff with our kids.
I recommended my best friend here who just had her baby and she stated she spoke with tara and she was impressed how quick she was to answer her on the first ring when calling in and noticed it was cinthia when calling and helped her through the set up process.
I can say it is a difficult clinic at times but when you have some who loves our kids it makes it worth it.
