Kim is such a blessing! She was so wonderful at helping us find the perfect rental for our family. I was going through a transition period and wasn’t sure if I wanted to sell my home and buy another one or do something completely different. A friend of mine gave me Kim Walker’s information and I decided to give Kim a call. The moment I reached out to now, I felt a connection to her immediately( I don’t generally do that).
She was extremely patient with me and very kind; I genuinely believed I was not just “another client”. It was about 2 years when I decided how I wanted to proceed. I know a lot of realtors and could have chosen any of them but Kim was the first and only choice in my mind.

Great Experience working with Kim. I'm glad a coworker introduced us as my apartment lease was about to end and I was really hard pressed for a new home. Kim was able to provide many options for financing and other programs to assist in the home buying process.
