The customer service is superb! I needed to reorder a new pair of glasses for my son and Emma went above and beyond, sent me pictures of different frames to pick from since I live in a different state, she made sure I pick the right product for my son’s needs. It was very nice of her, Emma’s services were excellent, and she was very professional. Thank you very much, Emma!

Eli has the best customer service. Eyecrafters has the best price and Eli was honest where other places I went would have charged me for more for the prescription I did not need for a first timer wearing glasses. I will be coming to Eyecrafters from now on. Thank you Eli!

I've been meaning to write a shining review for this store for a while now! It's a long review, but I really, really do love this place.

One day, I went to a different Eyecrafters to get my lenses done. I had neglected the importance of anti-glare glass, so I didn't ask for it. While I was running errands by this city, I realized that I made a grave mistake and immediately wanted to have new lenses made. Bear in mind that this is New Years Day, and the mall was SLAMMED. I called in and Will really helped me out and told me to swing by to get my glasses redone, no problem. After battling the traffic, I came about 30 mintes till close. One of the people in the store (I did not catch his name, unfortunately), agreed to let me stay till after close so I didn't have to go home without my glasses. As it turned out, he got them done BEFORE close and they were absolutely perfect. This Eyecrafters location really does care about their service, and they will take the best care of you!!

I was a huge inconvenience to everyone in the store, but regardless, they were kind and professional with me. I owe a huge thank you to this Eyecrafters team. :) If you are thinking of purchasing new glasses, please try them out.
