I give the Arlington location 5 stars because of Kelly, the sleep apnea tech who helped me. She was friendly and seemed very knowledgeable.

The room I slept in looked clean. It had a big TV, but the bed, on the other hand, was a bit stiff for my liking. Yet the bed did incline so you could sit up to watch TV.

Be prepared, you will have something wrapped around your chest, and leeds/long wires are needed to be placed on your legs and head for testing. Which does make it even harder to sleep.
I give my sleep that night an overall 1 star, I slept terribly!

Also if you want more sleep go to the earliest appointment because they wake you up around 4:30am.

Did a sleep study(never fun, but oh well) the rooms are very nice(hotel quality) and the staff is great. Speaking of, I hope you get Fran, who is a wonderful human being. Know you are in good hands with her!

Great experience! I used the Southwest Fort Worth location and was very happy with my experience. The room and bed were very comfortable. The location was nice, but a little difficult to find since it is tucked behind another office building and wasn’t very well lit. My sleep tech was awesome about not waking me to reset any monitors during the night and she was great at explaining everything as well as answering any questions I had. My only complaint was that they asked me to be at the center at 10 PM and because they had double booked the 10 o’clock slot and only had 2 staff working at the sleep lab it was after 11 PM before they even started attaching monitors to me. Had I have known that before, I would’ve taken the earlier time slot since I’m not used to going to bed after 11 pm and it was close to midnight before I was able to lay down.

I had my sleep study done at the Arlington location. I was very nervous to be in that particular hospital. But my tech Jamie was kind and very good. She checked on me continuously all night. Jamie was friendly and made the experience very comfortable. She reassured me that everything was fine. Thank you for taking great care of me!
