I visited this facility today with another individual (they received the care). I am a registered nurse. I have never been to a facility that has the caliber of nurses and doctor that Arlington WCC clinic has. Everyone was just so AMAZING, KIND and so INFORMATIVE. Dr Kaur spent so much time explaining everything and it was obvious that she truly cared on a human level, she was just so kind and empathetic❤️. Our nurse, Nurse Scroggins was the BEST. She treated both myself and the patient with the utmost RESPECT and KINDNESS❤️ She too was so informative, extremely competent and very gentle.
I could not more highly recommend a facility as I do Arlington WCC.
From walking in the door, the receptionist was so sweet and accommodating.
I can’t find enough words to describe what a great facility it is.
If you need a wound care clinic you will not be disappointed, choose Arlington WCC‼️‼️ THEY ARE SUPERIOR AND THE BEST!!
Prior to this I knew nothing about this facility.
I don't believe we could have gotten better treatment for my wife. The staff is compassionate and knowledgeable. Dr. Kaur provided top quality care. As with any business there are occasional problems. We had a small one but the clinic manager called me immediately at home and resolved the problem. That is the mark of a good business. I highly recommend the clinic.
Arlington Wound Care & HBOT has been treating my two year old son pre surgery for a skin graft. He’s a medical needs toddler with a healthy fear of facilities. However, this staff has gone above and beyond to make us both very comfortable. They purchased a few toys for use, gained consensus for kids movies with the other patrons (nice folk!), and even ALL came to meet and interact with my son to help calm his anxiety. They are experienced, knowledgeable, and encourage conversation and questions. I am relieved we will be going back to see them post surgery because I know they CARE about his recovery. If you have the opportunity, this is the facility to use.
Truly amazed at the compassion we have been given from this home away from home...just kidding....weekly wound care checks. In the 3 months that I have been taking my Daddy, I am in absolute amazement of how the amputation sight started with a gaping
open wound to a “sealed, smooth, sight”. I do believe in God and I have seen with my own eyes the healing He has performed. The knowledge that has been shared to us from the staff and physicians has blown me away. I do believe with all my heart that we were sent there by two very special home health nurses that have a heart of compassion also. If you have the desire to want to get better...these are the people to see. They have the heart and “want to” to help you on your journey of recovery😌
My son Jordan shared his experience: “I cannot speak highly enough of the staff here. I went for 9 hyperbaric appointments and each appointment was handled just as well as the previous. Staff was always friendly and prompt; any questions I had they were glad to answer. Experience in the chamber was great as well. Staff was very accommodating to my needs; one appointment in particular I happened to have a panic attack in the chamber and the staff was incredibly quick to help ease my panic. Big thanks to Jerame for the help.”
