Arbrook Plaza

My Dad came to Arbrook Plaza as a stroke victim. Once he was here, all of the therapy specialists treated him like a friend. His recovery was steady and his spirits got better as his body got stronger. We were very happy with the care my Dad received, and my Dad was pleased with his caregivers. We are grateful for all their services.

The people at this place have been wonderful to my mother, responsive to our concerns and truly have a heart for care giving. I didn't give it 5 stars is because the building is a little older and worn down, but the people here are truly wonderful. Just like any healthcare setting you need to advocate and make sure about things but would choose them again. And I'm a nurse so I'm picky about care.

If you're expecting facilities equal to those of a 5 star hotel, this place is not for you. My Mother and my husband stayed at Arbrook Plaza for their physical and occupational therapy. The staff is friendly, courteous and respectful. I stayed in touch with Latoya Davis for questions about needs and what was required from me.

She was always available to address issues and they were resolved promptly. Latoya was professional and truly cared about the patient. The nursing staff are friendly and helpful. The therapy staff was so amazing that my husband only spent 1 1/2 weeks and was discharged to come home because of the progress he had made.

I recommend this facility to anyone who is in need of good care.

Wonderful staff. Very attentive. When my family had a concern it was addressed right away. No place is as good as home but they work hard to make you comfortable. Thank you guys for everything. Will definitely tell everyone at church to come here!!
