Nicely remodeled older motel. The biggest challenges were that the sink was four inches above normal height (meaning brushing teeth was a real challenge for this short girl) and door and window lacked weather stripping, letting in a cool breeze and lots of sound. Staff was lovely. Free breakfast was nice to have.

We stayed here on night during the middle of the week. The staff were very nice and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and modernized. The bathroom was clean and modernized, with decent water pressure and temperatures. The parking spaces ($9/night) are small, but the hotel wasn't full, so we fit without worrying about hitting another car with our door or something trying to get in and out. There is an elevator for those who have trouble with stairs. Breakfast had hot food again, which was nice. We enjoyed our stay.

Our family stayed at Best Western on 8-24-2022, and we had a great experience. The staff was always helpful, there was a complimentary breakfast in the morning that was delicious, and the view into the street was amazing. The room was better that we expected or could of asked for, which made our overall experience in California great. The only down side of it all was the unrealistic way the parking was set up and the hidden parking fee. If you are traveling through here, bring a compact vehicle. Other than that thank you Best Western.

The room was decent. Really only spent the night there to go to Universal studios the next morning, for which the room was good for. It's the only hotel I've been to that has a shampoo and conditioner dispensers. Didn't use them because I bring my own but good to know. Parking lot looks small but we found parking for both our cars with no problems. Only complaint, one of the rooms didn't have toilet paper, but they brought us some within 5 minutes, after calling front desk
