“I had a fusion done less than 1 yr ago by a Ft Worth back doctor ,it went south 2 months after and all they wanted to do was injections ,I found out about Doc Rosenstein 2 months ago from a friend in similar situation ,what a great experience ,had the other doctor done a myelogram they would have seen the problem but they didn't ,Doc Rosenstein did and I'm 3 weeks out of surgery no more pain walking 3 miles a day ,his staff is wonderful and the office isn't crammed with patients ,also shout out USMD he uses this for surgery what a great hospital treated me like a king ,before you have surgery get that second opinion with Doctor Rosenstein ,Thanks Again Doc”

“Hello I just finished the 6week challenge and lost 24lbs and this is my review. I have for many years made an effort to change my eating habits along with not having a sedentary lifestyle. I own several fitness video programs as well as have fitness equipment in my house. However the motivation, accountability along with the encouragement to bring about a lasting change was missing. Then my wonderful wife found this incredible place The Camp Transformation Center. We found from the moment we stepped in the building being complete strangers a welcoming attentive and motivating environment. The staff is amazing they greet and give personal attention to each person whom is there to embark on their journey to achieve they’re fitness goals. The manager Blake is fantastic and has certainly created the right place with the right people to help anyone find success in achieving what ever goals they set before them. The coaches are incredible, each giving a different style of energy that ensures you are have a great workout every time you show up for a class. Thank you Blake and your amazing team for this life changing experience. The way the fitness challenges and daily workouts are set up one has to only follow the nutrition instructions show up and you can’t fail, this I have come to now personally. I wanted to be sure that she would be respected and cared for as I would be towards her, the caregivers and staff are very patient, gentle and kind to her. I'm not sure about the other doctors that share the office space, but these two ladies have provided above and beyond medical care for me. “After retiring, I knew I needed to make some lifestyle changes to enjoy the lifestyle that we'd been working to enjoy. I'd been told by more than one wellness professional that it was at best very difficult for women over 50 to lose weight and body fat. I had tried other approaches before which seemed to verify this view. And, I really wanted to make a change, so I tried SOTA. I am so glad I did. On March 1st 2021, I weighed 224 lbs and was over 50% body fat. Today (Sept 25, 2021), I weigh 171 lbs and am at 36% body fat. I have 3 pieces of advice to make this work for you. First, you must want it. They can support you, but they can not do it for you and making behavior changes later in life is not easy. When they challenge you to define why you want to make this change, pay attention and dig deep. You will need to remember this throughout the program. Secondly, know that you have to be compliant with the program - completely. I was never hungry throughout the program, but old habits have a force as strong as gravity. You must be prepared to commit to sticking with the program exactly, even a little cheating will derail your success. Third, understand that if you do slip up (and you likely will if you are human), you must be prepared to dust yourself off, remind yourself why caring for yourself is worth it, and get back on the plan. It is part of creating the future you've committed to. I am not at my goal weight yet, but I can see it from here and when I started I was skeptical that I would ever see the numbers on my scale that I am seeing today. I feel better, have more energy, and feel more than a decade younger. And while not easy, it has been less hard and faster than I ever expected. If it has been this way for me, I am sure it can be for you too - if you commit.”
