“1st time there and since I’ve been to many other facilities that do the exact same thing, this place was by far a better place. When I arrived, the first thing I said to my wife was to expect that ugly smell we always experience, but not this place. We arrived when they were feeding and again we expected to see the resident not cleaned and having one nurse trying to feed 4 or 5 residents but no, a nurse was feeding my niece carefully. And she was clean and in a good mood, now that speaks volumes. We were pleasantly surprised. Great job!”

“I found the procedure to be helpful. My main concern was that I didn't really want a guy technician to be doing the work. My Technician Javier was a real professional and very knowledgeable. After 1 visit I was over the guy technician concern. The process is simple and there is a lot of follow up discussion on how you feel the process is working plus some tips on how to get the most from it. Never had to wait to get started with my appointment.”

“The 5 stars are for the therapy team. Our PT Miguel was awesome. Very kind, helpful, gave lots of good advice and really worked well with our mom. The same for speech and Mrs. Kine. She explained everything so well and even informed us of some things that we hadn't thought about. She was very knowledgeable and I enjoyed her sessions with my mother. The OT was good too, but I don't remember his name. Most of the nurses were very kind and patient with mom. I'll come back later with names of the ones she thought was 5 star!”

“Hanger Clinic: Prosthetics & Orthotics not only fulfilled all of my requirements for a leg brace. The actions of all of the staff exemplified superb professionalism during all of my visits. Each of the staff members from the front desk to the examination room were very cordial and explained their actions as well as explaining exactly what they requested that I do so no doubt existed. The skill and knowledge of the clinician involved in my requirements, was very evident in all of the discussion and actions taken from the start of the first appointment to the completion of the final appointment. Every aspect of the design and preparation of the leg brace were explained and then once prepared it was fitted with expertise that indicated a concern for the best fit and protection of my leg. The clinic facility was immaculate and well designed to meet the needs of the service performed. Adequate parking in the parking lot, adequate seating in the clinic lobby as well as in the examination room. Last and certainly not least by any means, the leg brace designed and prepared fit perfectly and is easy to attach to my leg and is comfortable in all aspects of the fit from the very first fitting. I truly believe that the leg brace is going to definitely assist in handling my foot and ankle problem from this point forward and will provide improvement for me overall. I have no qualm whatsoever in recommending Hanger Clinic: Prosthetics & Orthotics. I really admire his bedside manner and his desire to problem solve where he takes in account previous treatments and medications which may no longer be effective. While no one truly knows a persons heart, his actions and demeanor appear to be consistent with one who truly cares. The wait to see him is generally over an hour once checked in, but if he is as sincere with all his patients then a long wait is just part of the process.”

“I visited Dr. Fedak due to repetitive injuries as a result of years of playing violin as well as an automobile accident I had. I received electrical stimulation at an intensity of my own choosing to my injury as well as being covered with warm towels. This was followed by a thorough adjustment with cracks and pops throughout my joints. I always found relief which lasted quite a while. I was in my fifties when I visited, but my stand partner also enjoyed it in her seventies. I haven’t been lately because I’m not able to get to Arlington during his office hours, but I enjoy the friendly and cheerful welcome I receive from Dr. Fedak and his wife.”

I'm pregnant and have lost several babies and need my hormone levels checked. Veronica was the only staff member kind enough to still see me so close to closing time, even after another staff member told me to leave after I checked in. She was still patient and kind. Great customer service like this is awesome and rare.”
