“Kudos to Leah and Jake! During the freeze, a pipe burst behind the shower wall. Leah arranged for Jake to come out and cap off the water until the replacement parts come it. She kept us informed with excellent communication throughout the process. Jake, the plumber, kept at it until we had a solution and could use water throughout the rest of the house. It wasn’t easy, as he kept finding more leaks and had to tear out more and more of the wall. He was determined to find a solution and did! Thanks to both of you!”
