Oh my goodness, what can I say 😍🤗 love this place. My son plays guitar, he has 3 lol. He wanted to go there to look at them and they let him try the guitars out, as well as they have pianos which my daughter plays, and drums as well, it was amazing seeing all the different instruments and not one worker was rude, all had smiles 😌 you don't find that much anymore. If you are looking to buy a new instrument or interested in learning to play, you should definitely check this solace out. I seen a sign they give music lessons too 😉

This location is simply the best. The staff, including Matt, Tim, and their district manager Bruce, turned a difficult situation from another store into an exceptional experience. I’ve been a loyal customer of GC for years, and their outstanding handling of this situation ensures I’ll continue to support them for many more. The staff here are OUTSTANDING!

LOVE this store. I go here instead of another Guitar Center that is closer to me because of the high quality of customer service that the Arlington store provides. I have found the whole staff to be above par. In particular, James and Andrew are extremely helpful, friendly, respectful, and responsive. It's fun going to this store, and I always walk out with questions answered, a smile on my face, and sometimes, a new instrument. Great job!

Definitely one of the better GC stores in the DFW area. They keep a nice selection of used equipment and usually have everything I need in stock.
Got a good deal on a used Blackstar modeling amp last time I was there. Not the biggest store but the drum room is probably larger than the others I've seen.
And honestly, the staff are what really makes it stand out. I've had some issues with customer service at a few locations, but not this one. They definitely provide the best possible customer experience, in my opinion.
