Expedian Urgent Care

I walked in to this facility after trying and failing to get care from my PCP for three days. I walked in feeling absolutely awful after my condition had progressed due to a lack of response and care by my actual physician’s office. All of the staff, from the front desk to the nurses/MAs and the physician were extremely kind and helpful. I felt validated after being ignored by my PCP when the physician confirmed my suspicions on what was going on. Dr Steele was very kind, listened to me, and didn’t dismiss any of my concerns or symptoms. They did tests, prescribed medications, and gave me a shot to expedite the process. I am so grateful for the care I received here. It’s unfortunate that I had to go to an urgent care under the circumstances, but I’m so fortunate that this is the urgent care I ended up at because the care provided by the entire team was exceptional. Thank you!

I’m a big fan of this place. Need a test quickly? They are the people to see. I’ve always been able to get in and out in less than 2 hours. Flu, Covid, it doesn’t matter. They are nice, easy to talk to, and take good care of you. The place seems clean, and there is never really a crowd here. I have a primary doctor, but it’s harder to get in to see him than it is to get in here.

Went in for a COVID test appointment that I made. Tested negative, but the doctor made a recommendation for a treatment that cleared up the severe sinus infection I was having. A day later and I feel back to normal. Overall great experience, very friendly doctor, and fast service.

The staff here is so nice!! I’ve only come to this location for covid test, but always impressed by how nice the staff is. Highly recommend!

Best medical care I've received in years. I fell while hiking yesterday and came in with a 4 inch laceration and ended up needing 13 stitches.

Michael had amazing bedside manner. He was calm, compassionate, reassuring and very personable. I went in fully prepared to hear a lecture about my weight but instead we chatted about favorite hiking spots and the 25k I ran last week. He treated me with dignity as a fellow athlete. I haven't felt so seen and understood in a doctor's office in almost a decade.

Thank you Michael for an excellent patch job, but more importantly for restoring my faith in the medical field.
