Ive been extremely happy since the new management took over. Ive been living here since 2006 and wouldnt move because of good customer service from the manager. Maintenance is awesome they take care of the problem immediately

I’ve been staying here for a couple of months now and I haven’t had a problem yet it’s a nice environment everything is close & people are really helpful. Highly recommend it ! Plus the maintenance is good and fast and the lady in the office (Carla ) is always happy to help ! I fw it :-)

We’ve lived here 2.5 years and it’s only gotten better. In April 2020, a new company took over. The manager, Vanessa, is great, friendly, and very helpful. When maintenance is needed, the requests are always completed in a timely manner. The large 2BD, 2BA is spacious and has a good layout. Kids are frequently outside playing and using the basketball court. Security does rounds throughout the day which makes things more comforting. The online portal makes things super quick and easy. I also love that Vanessa will text me to let me know when I have packages arrive. After a busy day, it’s nice to get that reminder for my packages. Vanessa really cares and it shows. I would recommend this complex for sure. Go talk to her if you’re interested.

Nice apartments fully upgraded. The apartment manager is super sweet and has been a great help!
