  I recently purchased a 2023 Yukon Denali from Classic Buick GMC in Arlington. Travis was our salesperson. This is my fourth Yukon. Obviously I am loyal to GMC. In the past 10 years I have purchased 4 new cars, 3 for my kids when they turned sixteen. Out of all of my car buying experiences, this was absolutely the best experience I’ve had. Travis was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and very upfront with the buying process with no games or sales tactics. It was very refreshing to have a salesperson truly compassionate in helping the customer. You can tell that he is a very kind and honest person and cares about the person buying the car and not just about the sale of the car. That is very rare in my experiences with car buying. Anytime I had a question, if he didn’t know the answer, he found the answer. Every time we have had to buy a new car, we have dread it. The car buying process in the past is just a terrible experience. Until this time! Again, I can not express enough how much we appreciate Travis and how he treated us during this process. He has changed our expectations about buying a new car and the bar is very high! When we purchase our next Yukon we will for sure be contacting Travis.

  Ryan Williams is hands down the best salesman I have ever dealt with. He is genuine, knowledgeable, and his customer service is top notch. If I buy again, I will be calling Ryan.

  I went to Classic looking for a Buick envision without an appointment and I was already disappointed by a previous dealership. But, When I arrived, Clint took me right in and helped me out! I was never rushed nor was I ever pressured. The customer service I received by everyone I came in contact with at Classic was just perfect! I was able to purchase my dream car with an excellent deal and not be there all day! They took such good care of me from beginning to end and I cannot say Thank You enough!! You all definitely have a customer for life!! I'm telling everyone I know to come here!

  So it’s still cool in Ohio. the warm day came two days prior to our trip to Texas when found our gmc sierra AC was no longer cooling. My trip to mechanic was a no go. New refrigerant on 2017s and he was not setup to do it. Calls around town yielded the same. Gmc dealer was 50 cars deep and could not get to it for at least a week. Called classic Buick GMC in Arlington since we would be closest to that dealership. Mike was friendly and pulled out the stops to get us in on our arrival day eliminating the need for a rental or Uber. Mike snd the staff was hay serviced our vehicle were great can’t say enough about mikes service to the out of towners we really appreciate you guys I need to start thinking of a new gmc sierra in the next year so maybe, being a displaced texan in Ohio I’ll get a Texas edition this time. My 2006 is still going strong too with at least two trips to Texas annually. May have to wait for interest rates to drop. Thanks again folks!!! You made the rest of the trip far better than the drive down with no AC!
