Direct Source Plumbing

I had first called 2 other plumbers for a whole house stoppage to come diagnose the problem. The first was at night, charged me an emergency service call fee, arrived and took a quick look at it and then quoted me an extra large amount for the next step to fully diagnose the issue. I decided to get a second opinion and called a another company who then came out the following morning, took my service call payment first, tried to diagnose the clog, then said they couldn’t tell what it was but would required a massive excavation in the front yard at an excessive amount of money to further diagnose. I couldn’t get a straight answer on some of my questions and just had a feeling something wasn’t right. After they left, and quite frustrated because I felt I was getting nowhere fast, I then called Direct Source Plumbing and spoke with Amie who was very helpful in taking my call, took detailed notes, and with a sense of urgency, relayed my message to the plumber. In a short time, I received a call from Tyler who gave me an good idea of what needed to be done to diagnose the issue. When he arrived he was extremely polite and knowledgeable about the situation, and took the time to explain to me what he was doing, so that I fully understood each step, and ultimately ended up diagnosing and fixing the problem. He even called and had the master plumber, David, confirm and verify his diagnosis. This is how I wish all service calls could be! Tyler is the perfect example of how the ideal repairmen should be. I believe this company and religious-based group is in business for the right reasons, to truly help people when they need it. I can’t possibly recommend them enough! True professionals! Extremely satisfied with the service I received from Direct Source Plumbing. I had an appointment scheduled between 8:30 and 9:30 in the morning. Amie the dispatcher called at 9:00am to let me know the technician, Tyler, was on the way and would arrive in 20-30 mins. Tyler arrived at the time stated, was able to quickly diagnose the issue (clogged kitchen sink main drain) and fix it no problem. Super friendly and great guy!

I've used these guys 3 different times and have found them to be extremely professional reliable. I have worked with dishonorable plumbers in the past and these guys are not that. Tyler has been here 2 time and I found him to be extremely knowledgeable, professional and kind. The 1st time he was here was to fix my daughter's bathtub faucet. As a father himself, he asked if i would like him to adjust the water temperature governor on that faucet so that the temperature would not reach a level to burn my children in case they were messing around with the handle. I appreciated the consideration. Also, Amie who is the receptionist has always been very polite and on top of things.

God is good. I prayed for the right plumber before going on the good contractions list and I selected Direct Source Plumbing based on their logo and I’m so glad I went with my gut.
Amie was so nice and Tyler was wonderful. This is my plumber for life. Tyler took care of my emergency along with a couple of other things.
My sister and I also got some much needed laughter
out of this visit.

In a panic called Direct Source Plumbing. Amie was able to fit me in quickly which of course was an emergency with water flowing out of my wall. Yes I was able to turn off the valve but being the weekend needed water. Tyler came out, on time, explain my situation and fixed it quickly. I feel their prices are extremely extremely fair!! I would highly recommend this company and ask for Tyler. Great Christian company and employees
