Vision City of Arlington

My husband and I had a great experience as new patients. Everyone was very friendly and helpful! There was a very down to earth vibe although everyone was very capable and efficient as well. Dr. Martin couldn't be nicer and had a very approachable personality. He spent time with us, was thorough, didn't rush us, and educated us along the way. It was obvious that he enjoys what he does, does it well, and hasn't been jaded or lost his passion for what he does although he's been practicing for a while. It was very interesting and refreshing to see a doctor take his own notes by hand and not have a scribe enter everything for him electronically. From start to finish, we were very pleased.

Awesome staff. They are friendly and knowledgeable! They have a great system to keep patients flowing through. However, I never feel rushed. Dr. Martin takes the time to explain what is going on with my eyes. He gives reasonable options to correct my vision including pros and cons.

Dr. Allen was great, as usual. She always takes the time to ask questions about any concerns that I have or how I'm feeling in general. She listens and ensures that I'm comfortable with everything before I leave. The front desk are always kind and courteous. The Opticians are fantastic as well. They have helped me pick out glasses when I have requested their opinions and will also give space when I just want to browse. I highly recommend this place!

I recently had an appointment with my Dr. Martin and I am extremely satisfied with the service and care I received during my visit. I’ve been working with Vision City since I was 14 years old The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the doctor was very knowledgeable and attentive. They took the time to answer all of my questions and explain everything thoroughly. The office was clean and well-maintained, and I felt comfortable and safe throughout the entire appointment. I would highly recommend this eye doctor to anyone in need of vision care.

It's always a pleasant visit to vision city with Dr. Martin he is very knowledgeable of his profession. The staff is very friendly n accommodating.
