The Louise Apartments & Townhomes

Major shout outs to Juliet and Sabrina!! They have been SO courteous, friendly - going out of their way to be helpful and positive. They get things done ASAP. They are easy going, down-to-earth, patient and a pleasure to work with!

The complex design, architecture, efficiently of elevators, garage access, and landscaping are gorgeous, high quality, and well thought-out with the residents in mind. I was so impressed that the units architecture and construction (floor to ceiling, slow closing cabinetries, hardware, appliances, farm house sinks, huge bathrooms and closets, flooring, storage space, etc.).

The only downfall is that the construction workers who did the install did such a sloppy job in the units - which is so sad because everything else is beautiful and of high-quality.

Example: grout for the backsplash and bathroom tiles were all over the place -- even clogged in drains!! Paint on moldings are botched-up (moldings are different colors than the walls and they got the noticeable molding paint color on the white walls), wall paint splatters and smudges on the tiles and wood floors. My bathroom tub has scratches and dings, and they even left the plastic wraps down in/around the drains (the ones that must have come in the new drain packaging).

I recently moved to this beautiful property from out of state and it is absolutely beautiful and the amenities included are the best. It’s like you are living on a resort. The many pools, lake, tennis, volleyball, fishing, and more. The staff is amazing. Anytime I call for anything they are always so courteous, polite and helpful. They are understanding and they definitely keeps us residents busy with the many activities they have during the week and the weekend. I will definitely be staying here the next 2-3 years before purchasing a house and I want to purchase in the same community, it’s just that nice. I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else not to mention it’s central location, it’s literally 20-30 minutes away from everything. If you are in the market for an apartment or townhome look no further. The Louise is definitely the place you want to be…

Kristin Hart been AMAZING, the units are stunning. She made my leasing process so easy as she has maintained a super busy few weeks. She genuinely deserves a raise and she’s good at her job. She met all my needs and requests. Over all the complex is great, parking is interesting but I’m not mad at it.

Update: I love my apartment on the 3 floor but my neighbors are extremely noisy and you can hear EVERYTHING! I do enjoy the pool, and community events they host. I really love my neighbors as well just sound structure of the apartment isn’t the greatest oh and maintenance has been on top of everything! Parking is getting interesting as they expand but overall I do enjoy living here for now.

Carol and Sabrina are absolute sweethearts.
Nonetheless, They have made my transition from one state to another, seamlessly easy.

Carol has been there every step of the way. I’ve been SO indecisive on the units, move in date etc… but she has been so patient. Thank you ladies.

Juliet is the best! I hate moving, but from our construction tour to actual move in, she’s made the entire move to the Louise worth it!
