I cannot recommend Caren enough! We first got introduced when I took her 10 week comprehensive birth class and I learned so much from her. At the end of the course, I not only felt totally ready to have the birth experience that I wanted, but also empowered to switch providers late in my pregnancy to ensure that happened. Her services didn’t stop there. When I finally went into labor, my doula I had hired was out of town and Caren stepped in as the back up. She supported me through my birth and I was so relieved to have a familiar presence by my side as I welcomed by baby girl.

As a fellow birthworker and trainer, I had the privilege of observing Caren's doula training. Caren is such a fun teacher!! She has personality galore and is so warm, funny, and approachable! She is extremely knowledgable and passionate about birth work and loves to share that knowledge with others. You will absolutely leave her training feeling confident and ready support growing families!
