Sorry to see Wanda retire, but I hope she is enjoying her retirement. I totally loved Wanda. New receptionist, Kristine is sweet.
Mike is GREAT! He is patient & explains everything thoroughly. I would HIGHLY recommend Beltone in Pantego, Tx. Thank you for my wonderful, comfortable, no battery hearing aids.

Mike is amazing.I like that I come in & tell him what my problem is on not hearing correctly or what I wish I had to help me hear better. And sure enough there is a gadget that I can purchase. So thankful! You will not go anywhere else after you have received such wonderful service.

I bought my Beltone hearing aids about a year ago—long enough to reasonably judge the performance of the hearing aids and the local service organization that supports them.

In a word, they’ve both been excellent.

This is my third set of hearing aids, but the first from Beltone. They’re the best I’ve had. With the iPhone app, they easily adjust to the environment. During the last year, I had one minor issue that the local service organization quickly and easily corrected.

The Arlington service organization is effective and responsive. During a recent visit I requested a new setting that would help me understand speech better when my wife and I attended live theater. It took just a few minutes, and when we visited Theatre Arlington a couple weeks later, I could understand every word.

Since good hearing is a quality-of-life issue, I wouldn’t want anything but the best. So far, Beltone and its Arlington office has been the best.

I received a hearing screening and indeed needed hearing aids. There's no sales pitch to worry about and Mike was super friendly and polite. He made the experience as pleasant as could be. The price is reasonable as well! I found out they took my medical insurance. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

I have been a client of the Arlington Beltone office for a few years. During that time, I have witnessed a change or two in personnel. My original contact was with Wanda up front and Debra who handled the technical end. They both set the bar high for customer service and when they left, I wondered how that service would be affected. Enter Kristine (sp?) and Mike who took the baton and ran with it. My second set of upgraded hearing aids, which I purchased, gave me a lot of problems, and really tested their customer service and my patience. To their credit, they excelled in their performance. When I had what I considered an urgent problem, they were always able to squeeze me in that day, listened to my problem, and were able to fix the problem. They knew what they were doing. I realize that it is a tough time when you have to handle liaison between a faraway corporation (Beltone) and a local client (myself} and keep everybody happy. Something they were able to handle like the pros they are. To summarize their attitude, Mike has a picture in his office of two tv M.A.S.H doctors holding a sign that reads “BEST CARE ANYWHERE” something that Kristine and Mike practice on a daily basis. I would highly recommend this office to anyone who is considering adopting hearing aids, you won't be sorry.
