First time here, smaller than what I expected but crew was so friendly. I witness one of the staff take time out to console a customer who was worried about her dog. It was sweet. I felt the love in this place.

I can't speak as an actual customer, so I can't give 5 stars. However, I was looking for a place to check for a chip on a dog we'd found. They were very kind; looked him over, guesstimate his age, and offered to post him on their page, so we could find his owners. I really appreciate their attention to detail, and the time they took for someone who wasn't a paying client.

JLRC has always taken great care of our fur babies! I love the new email and text reminders. It helps me keep track of the proper care needed for our dogs. They love on our pups just as much as we do!!

Very pleased with the quality of service from front office to the Vet. I've been going here since the early ninties and they have new staff and vets and all are comforting and knowledgeable. I'll keep taking my GSP there for her needs.
