I hired William Nolen for an eviction after foreclosure.

I’m an investor and I was having difficulty getting the previous owner to talk to me. The circumstances were a bit unusual and I needed some assistance. Mr Nolen was a bit slow getting the case filed (maybe he was busy with other cases). Eventually, we got to court. The previous owner had requested a Jury Trial which worried me. Prior to the trial, Mr Nolen negotiated with the defendant and we were able to avoid the trial all together. The defendant agreed to a judgment giving me possession one month away which was fine with me.
