He encouraged me to test drive a couple vehicles I was interested in and helped me find the perfect car in my price range. Very easy process, really nice people all around. (May 5, 2023, 4:59 pm)I had heard good things about Cransh from a coworker of my wife. Our daughter was looking for a used car to replace her 12-year-old Ford Escape.
I went there on a Saturday with a friend hoping to see a Honda CR-V that was in their online inventory. My "first impression" was not great as they seemed a bit busy and the first person who approached us had no personality or evident experience with good customer service. Later we approached Jason who was busy writing something up. Again, not the best first impression as he didn't look me in the eye or show much interest at first. Eventually he came to assist us and gave us his attention.
The car we came to see had already been sold, so we looked over the medium sized SUVs they had on hand. We found a 2015 Acura RDX that looked in good condition. It apparently was a one-owner vehicle and had a positive Carfax report. We test drove it and didn't find any concerns. It had new tires, a clean interior, and several parts had been replaced including the timing belt. My daughter went by it see it before they closed after work; she loved it!
Now for the important part! We wanted to have it checked out by our own mechanic. Jason said it would be fine, so I returned on the following Monday and did just that. My mechanic drove it and put it on a rack to give it a somewhat cursory inspection. He gave it a thumbs up. So we decided to purchase it, completed the paperwork and we were done. Jason made everything quite easy and based on our experience with them I would recommend them.
(February 24, 2023, 2:46 pm)I was looking for a rare car and I found an excellent one in Dallas, TX. Add to it, Cransh had it inspected at their (very impressive) garage and replaced what needed to be replaced. My sales person, Ryan and the staff was no nonsense and very likeable. The car was exactly as it was represented. I flew from Atlanta to Dallas to get the car. I drove it back, taking little tourist detours, and clocked over 900 trouble free miles. The next time I'm looking for a used car, Cransh will be a place to start.
(November 26, 2022, 7:29 am)Jason was very helpful and made the process for my husband very smooth, great salesman, got a 06 Ford fusion and hubby is happy with it got a few minor things to fix on inside and transmission may have to be swapped but the cars are buy as is, other then that great price and reliable car drives smooth and everything works! Thank you again Jason for helping us out and getting him back on the road again you were awesome and very sweet to our youngest!
