Awesome staff that gear an individual program to fit your current physical limitations and strength. You may be a person who works out regularly or someone like me who walked away from exercising due to neck/back issues. Bad choice! They start you out wherever you are on the health spectrum. Grateful you are among those that are in our age group and not comparing or attempting to do what those 20yr olds are doing !! There’s never more than 5 people working out at a time so you’re basically getting one on one care at a very affordable price. If you’re up to getting back into good health for better balance, stability and endurance then give these guys a try. You won’t be disappointed !! Oh and they play great 80’s music..”
