Wonderful lady with instant feel-at-home customer service. Before mama Rosa, the only box size 10 box on the rack was empty, perhaps pilfered. Asked a male attendant for help. Instead, he led me away to another aile, persuading me to forget my choice and buy a less desirable brand. Anyway, two days later, mama Rosa called back. I returned to the store to pick up my lovely new shoes. She's the best!”
