The only suggestion I have for his practice is on the electronic and paperwork system. “I just want to make a shout to Dr T!!! She is the best!! She didn’t beat around the bush with me. She told me what she thought and I feel she did not present treatment that was not needed. I had a little anxiety about going mostly because of the treatment I thought I might need. She was very laid back and made me feel relaxed because of that. But I can’t leave out her Dental Assistant, Perla I think was. She was very reassuring that I was not being high maintenance, although I probably was. She also was very laid back and made me feel comfortable. Front desk was very cordial and professional. The other assistants that I came across in the office were as well. Thank y’all! “The staff at Encore Dentistry is amazing! I went here to get whitening and molds of my teeth for a teeth whitening certificate I had purchased through Smile America a while ago. My first visit I had Angelica and she was so sweet and friendly. Took molds of my teeth and I was out in about 10 minutes. The second time I came by (a week later) to pick up my whitening kit and molds I had Ulysses. He was friendly and showed me how to use my whitening kit at home, and I was out In about 5 minutes. I loved how fast everything was able to be done so that I could get on with my day. When I went to leave though, my car wouldn’t start. Luckily, Jason from the dentistry was kind enough to pull his car up and give mine a jump! Not only did they get my teeth right, but they helped with my car as well. Overall, I can tell this place has an amazing staff. Great customer service and great people in general. I highly recommend this place!”
