(October 30, 2015, 12:31 pm)Very reasonably priced and centrally located. These apartments are older, but very taken care of. The manager Callie, is very straight forward and good at her job. The maintenance guys are really nice. The neighbors are very friendly and pretty quiet. My kids and I felt very 'at home' there.
My only complaint is the amount of smokers makes it difficult to enjoy the outside sometimes, but that's gonna happen anywhere. Also, the office smells very strongly of smoke due to the owner, but he's a very nice man. Just letting you know, in case you're allergic to smoke.
