On The Patio

Great place, great staff, great food!! The fried gator was fantastic and the Cajun chicken and waffles tasted as great as it looked. Relaxed enough to hang with friends or bring the family but the food is definitely date worthy too. We will be back!

All the food my family and I ordered was amazing. The fries were the best kind. The good kind. I also had chicken and waffles. Not something I would usually order but I've been in a waffle mood and they were perfect, not too sweet.
Drinks are cheap as hell but I'm not from here so it's all relative.
Our server was Kane! He was so polite and attentive. If all of the wait staff is like Kane, this is the place to be ✨

We watched this place open in Azle years ago, and first heard mixed reviews. Many years later, we finally tried them out. We have been missing out! When we found out they had homemade onion rings, my wife and I both had to order a side of them, absolutely my favorite thing there! I don't think there is anywhere else in Azle to get homemade onion rings, and they might have been the best i have ever had! My wife had a shrimp pasta dish with an Alfredo sauce, and we really think the Alfredo sauce might have been homemade as well! I had the chicken fried steak, and while it was quite large, it wasn't my favorite. We will definitely be back to try more items! And the two for 22 special was a great deal! We order an appetizer of some fried jalapeño thing, I can't recall, but it was soo so good! And the toasted dinner rolls are a nice touch!

You know when you’re out and about and you pass the same restaurant over and over while telling yourself…one day I am going to eat there? Well, it was my birthday so I decided to try On The Patio. I swear it tasted like my grandma’s southern cooking.💯
The hospitality was on point. Not only is it a place for bikers but for single moms with children and everyone in between.
The manager came to the table to greet me and they surprised me with a delicious strawberry shortcake.
I ordered the almondine trout dinner and my husband ordered the catfish.
We will be back.🔥

After leaving a not so good review I was very surprised to get a response from the manager/owner. They did an amazing job of taking care of the situation. We went back and were not disappointed. We were extremely pleased with every aspect of our dinner. Wendy and her trainee were spectacular and the food was amazing. Although our first experience was not good they fixed it and we will be going back. Thank you On the Patio for making our night amazing!
