I was in such a hurry that I did not grab the lady's name but she is a true angel. I am a RN on a busy unit and I needed a wax ring for an ostomy bag. The hospital had ran out and it was a dire emergency. Not only did she give me one for a sample she gave me a few other samples to try that I had never seen before. She doesn't know it but she really saved the day and I am forever grateful for her kind actions. I highly recommend this company for any of your ostomy needs as they will go out of their way to accommodate your needs.
