Just wanted to give a shout out to Rafael the maintenance man! Garbage disposal went out and instead of taking a month like it would have before, it took 4 days! If it hadn't have been Thanksgiving week it would have been sooner I bet! It is nice to have your needs addressed in a timely, courteous manner! Thank you for taking care of your tenants!

Nice quiet clean area 10 mins from almost anything. The front office personal are great handles any tenet issues with in 48 hours or less which is great. Only complaint is Laundry rooms are too small and the card readers are hit and miss most of the time.

I have lived here for more than 3 years now and have been very happy and impressed. The staff here is caring and helpful. Management, Vanessa, is very professional and does everything she can to work with you to have a home not just a roof. The maintenance has been fast and impressive. Texas summer is nothing to play around about, thank you for being awesome!

The Avery is one of the most affordable places and peaceful places I have ever lived. The staff are friendly and sufficient. Issues are handled in a timely fashion. The property manager always available to all needs and has great communication skills.
