(July 2, 2020, 5:38 pm)Tamara is an amazing trainer! She personalized the workouts to your body with a very holistic approach. She is very knowledgeable and passionate about helping others. She takes the time to explain her workouts and how they will impact your body. I loved that she trained with very minimum equipment. I highly highly recommend her!
(June 28, 2020, 3:09 pm)Training with Tamara has been one of the greatest experiences ever! I was suffering from a lot of pain and discomfort from years of Crossfit. I tried many gyms and therapy but nothing suited my lifestyle and never helped me heal. Tamara was heaven-sent. She really knows everything about training and feeling better. She’s a tough cookie but always has the biggest smile which makes it look easy. She’s awesome! Highly recommend.
(February 9, 2020, 5:50 pm)Tamara is amazing - as a trainer and a human being. She’s very knowledgeable about what she does and has a calming yet motivating presence. My favorite part about her is that she genuinely wants to see you reach your goals! I highly recommend her for all fitness levels.
(November 5, 2019, 4:35 pm)Tamara is awesome. I started to trained with her program 7 months ago and lost 38 lbs. After i moved to another location and went to another gym i felt that other programs not making me tired, so i asked for new program as well.
Highly recommend for everybody who wants to make new reality with new body
(January 21, 2019, 9:39 am)Tamara gave our family a private kick-box session at a Marriott in Miami and it was AMAZING! She was so positive and clear, upbeat and engaging. But best of all, she differentiated brilliantly so despite the fact that each one of us was at a different fitness level and understanding of technique, she ensured a great experience for all of us. We each got a great work out, learned a bunch and walked away feeling upbeat and excited about our hour with Tamara. HIGH RECOMMEND!
