Octapharma Plasma

Initial visit is VERY thorough, and redundant at times (staff willing to admit this). New donor video followed by multiple screenings. Donor question kiosks do NOT allow muted audio and take a long time to get through. Staff performing physical must verbally walk you through all of the questions you consented to already… again, very thorough and redundant. Plan on a FULL 2+ hours the first time. Having said all that, All staff very pleasant and helpful, and subsequent visits are more typical 1hr for donation. Everyone professional and helpful!

"Vanessa" is A VERY Nice and professional phlebotomy tech.
With very much knowledge.
She always working working mean business when she's at Octapharma.
Vanessa really makes Me comfortable letting her insert the needle and taking it out.

The staff is very friendly and great group of people. Dustin and Tiff and Niko and Langston,Rodney. Always laughing and enjoyed what they do.

I have been coming to octapharma for about a couple of weeks now and they do an amazing job here! Jess & Vanessa do a very good job sticking. Very quick and smooth. The place is very clean and I love how they greet you when you come in. Definitely recommend anyone who wants to donate to come join the Octa team!

I love this center, I never had any problems the staff is wonderful omg is the best Mathew, Langston, Tiff, Nessa. I apologize for not remembering the other names but you guys are also included. Last of all Rodney the thorn in my side that keeps me going, thanks a million for the laughs.
