Honestly the best complex I have ever lived/been to in my life. The staff is absolutely lovely, maintenance gets stuff done in a timely manner, and the amenities are outstanding! My only complaint is that it isn't closer to the beach, but the Suncoast expressway is literally 2 miles away so it is easy to get there! Oh, I also should mention, any store you need (besides Sephora 😢) is literally right off of 54!

We love living here! This place is truly amazing! we were looking for something at a good price in a quiet location with all the necessary amenities and this place was perfect. The coolest thing about Bainbridge is the lake view. It is always clean on the territory and in the club house. Managers are very polite and responsive , always happy to help and solve any problems!

Great experience. Great staff, Kelly was friendly, warm, and very helpful. Wish Land O Lakes ended up being our landing spot but I high recommend anyone new to the area or moving to the area to give these folks a shot. They really have the best interests for the residents.

We love living here! We really enjoy the saltwater heated pool and the amenities. Great for kids & families. It's quiet, beautiful place and a great location. Management has gone above and beyond helping us with our needs and switching us to a bigger apartment when our house fell through. They have been very accommodating and helpful! The maintenance guys are very helpful and friendly and quick to respond.

My only con is that I planned to work out of the offices here and the motion sensor light has to be constantly reactivated. It's not a good look when I'm on a zoom call and you have to get up to reengage it which happens every 5 minutes. Management has tried to help with this, but I guess it's a corporate thing to save energy. Just something to be aware of if you are like me and are picking this place partly because of the offices to work from.

We love living at Bainbridge Sunlake. People are friendly, amenities are wonderful and staff, even though busy, always does their best to help. Kelly Best has gone out of her way to make us feel welcome and goes above and beyond.
The grounds are beautiful.
Love food truck Wednesdays. Maintenance staff is excellent. Always quick to respond with a smile. Coming from a house and moving to an apartment was an adjustment but Sunlake feels like home! 😊
