Dr. McGarrah is, hands down, the BEST chiropractor I've ever been to. (And I used to work for a chiropractor!) He has a great demeanor, puts you at ease, and makes the pain go away. What could be better?!
My husband and I have both been going to Chiropractor Associates of Bedford for about 15 years. Right after my husband had a back injury at work, several of my co-workers and boss recommended Dr. McGarrah. Best advice we've ever taken!
Since then, I've also struggled with back, hip and foot pain. We are now able to stay well as we visit Dr. McGarrah monthly (in addition to doing the recommended exercises) to maintain our physical health. A much better approach to wellness vs. surgery or constant medication.

Visits are generally quick but never rushed.
I was referred to Dr McGarrah, or rather driven to his office by a friend and patient of his when he saw me trying to walk.
After only one adjustment, I was more than 50% better. I continued to trust his care and follow his treatment plan. He got me past all the pain and immobility. I still receive treatment, and my body can tell me when too much time has passed.

My husband and I have been using Dr. McGarrah for 15+ years. We go once every month for 'adjustment'. He is very professional, compassionate and gets right to the spot!! I can go in there complaining about an area and he goes right to the trigger point. It hurts but, I know it'll be worth it. In fact, I'm going there today to get adjusted, I can tell it's been a month. If you haven't found a Chiropractor, he's the one. His staff is very friendly and professional.
Dr. MacGarrah has to be one of the most knowledgeable chiropractors around the DFW area and he really does care for his patients and their specific needs. I highly recommend a visit and continuous treatment with this doctor😊
