Several nurses were patient and nice Shay worked hard on his appointments with bone dr.She followed thru and got stuff Done. CHRISTINA helped on his discharge and very good with follow up. From the moment we went in they offered help. I observed the way they treated other customers and it was top notch. I’ve been to multiple stores around the dfw area I can tell you this is one of the best when it comes to service. In most gun stores employees tend to be condescending, right here I did not receive any of those vibes. The transaction was super fast, the inventory was great and the prices were competitive. “GPS will take you to the corner where the hospital sign is for the ER and say that’s where it is. You have to keep driving to the building with an arched roof on the left side of the road. It’s on the second floor. I was 20 minutes late the first time here trying to figure out where the place was located because I couldn’t find it. I tried calling to say I was late but realized their phone system is all automated. You cannot talk with them on the phone so keep that in mind as well. Of course it’s none of that is on the team here. They were all nice and professional. The lady I worked with was extremely polite and quick. She made sure to explain everything and double checked all the paperwork and insurance as well. Overall, my experience was good and quick. I was in and out In 15 minutes or so (I also went on a Tuesday) Though that darned gps was the end of me!”

“I love the food at this place. Just don’t go Sunday at lunch. The wait was over an hour. We came back during the week and got in fine. Prices are middle of the road. Service was good. The food was fabulous, down home, stick to your ribs cooking. However, I noticed many of the suggested tips on the receipt were way over 20% which is irritating. With prices at restaurants increasing the tip will already be higher since it’s a percentage of a higher value.”
