TotalCare Emergency Room

My husband and I had a great experience at Total Care ER in Benbrook. The staff was great from my first phone call inquiring about their services to the follow-up text and call they did the following day. I had heard great things about this place and I must say they did not disappoint. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again, and we even have family practitioners we love and trust. Great job, Total Care, Dr. Wes and staff!

This is the place to Go when you have a medical emergency or cannot get into primary and cant wait.
The staff was GREAT, thorough , FAST and precise. Antoinette was AWESOME, the entire medical staff and doctor explained in detail, cared to listen. The front desk staff wonderful as well.
It was quite a pleasant surprise to have a medical facility make you feel good about your choice and visit! .

The staff was so friendly and amazing! They went out of their way to make you feel comfortable. They felt very bad about the wait (which is expected during COVID and the holidays) and thanked me for waiting! That was so nice. They also made sure I didn’t have to wait long once I was in the hospital room. The techs, nurses and doctors spent time with me answering all my questions and educating me. Highly recommend this ER! Such wonderful people.

I had to go during the Thanksgiving holiday and was so grateful I could be seen at this location, no appointment necessary and open 24/7. All of the staff members were friendly, compassionate, and prompt. It seemed like they actually enjoyed their work! I waited in my car for 15 minutes, was treated right away, and got to go home in less than an hour. TotalCare was clean, calm, and spacious. I highly recommend to everyone and will use them for my children in the future, too, instead of going to a pediatric urgent care.

UPDATE: Olivia has called me Saturday morning and was very apologetic. She spent some time explaining where their break down in communication was and how they were implementing better training. She was very professional and sincere. After we spoke for a few minutes and covered everything that has happened to me, she offered a full refund. Olivia restored my respect to this place.
Original Review: the absolutely worst customer service of any place on the planet. If these people were serving prisoners, it would be considered cruel and unusual punishment. I went in on Tuesday night, my company told me to charge the 15 minute test to my company card due to being exposed to a contractor that has it. I called them to be sure they could do the 15. They said yes if you're here before 9:PM. I arrived at 8:08, filled out the paper work. At 8:40 as I was waiting, the nurse who does the 15 minute test was walking out the door. The receptionist said hey this guy is waiting for the 15 minute test. The nurse looked me directly in the eye and said "Oh well, you'll get it in the morning and way" and walked out the door! I paid $550.00 for your test, NO REFUNDS abiding to their policy. Do I go back the next morning at 8:AM. The nurse there in the morning talks me that I can't have the 15 minute test because I used a credit card and the 15 minute test only goes for insurance. So I get the 3 hour test. Then had the audacity to tell me that even though I paid for the 15 I do not get my money back AFTER THEY RECEPTIONIST LIED TO ME, THE NIGHT NURSE TOLD ME TO POUND SAND AND THE DOCTOR SAID YEP THAT'S TOO BAD,,,,SORRY.
This place is only interested in taking your money. Think about it, a private ER? what do they do? Charge your insurance 20K for a few minutes to move you over to a real hospital. This place is a total SCAM that seems to care less about customer service out telling the truth.
