T.J. Maxx

This is a great place to shop for discounted clothing from great brands like Nike and Adidas!! The employees were very nice and helpful. My only complaint is that is was quite messy, but that can be easily fixed. I love shopping here and will definitely be coming back!!

I was in the Burleson store yesterday for a quick item return and Taylor was the associate who helped me. She was fantastic from the first moment I asked her a question. She completed the transaction for me and engaged in friendly conversation as well. She also gave me some helpful tips and hints about getting email receipts vs. paper receipts in the future. It’s always refreshing to have great customer service now days and Taylor was an example of just that! Way to go Team TJ Maxx Burleson! Taylor keep up the great work!

I just wanted to give a huge shout out to Miss Avon the manager at TJ Maxx. I have been looking for the perfect shoe to wear to the Taylor Swift concert next Sunday well my sister and I went into TJ Maxx yesterday and after looking for a bit, I found the most amazing shoe for me comfortable cute Sparkly all the things needed for a Taylor Swift concert lol. But I could only find one shoe….we searched and searched with no luck. I finally found Miss Avon and asked her if there’s a possibility that the shoe could be somewhere else. She searched around and couldn’t find it. She wrote down my name and let me know once they closed, she would look around and see if she could find it for me and if she did she would give me a call. Well at 8 PM tonight I got my call! She went above and beyond to help me find the shoe because she knew how much I wanted to wear them to the concert. She even told me to have a great time when I came and picked them up. There truly are still amazing people in the world!!! and I know to some, this is gonna sound dumb because it’s just shoes but to me it meant a lot!!! that’s Customer Service!!💕
