  I love the variety of options they have, Garrett and his team were very helpful in helping find the right hot tub for my house. I would 100% recommend you walk in to talk to them and get your next hot tub.

  Had an awesome experience with Bret at Relax & Retreat in Colleyville. Bret made the purchase of our hot tub easy and provided us with a lot of great information. The guys that set up our hot tub were also great and showed us step-by-step how to take care of our new hot tub. We love our Fantasy Spa! Whenever we decide to "upgrade" we will definitely use Relax & Retreat again.

  Awesome experience with Brett at Colleyville. Low pressure but super helpful. He patiently handled our crazy kids running around the store. We bought the Caldera Vanto tub and love it. Install was awesome and Jared was great about explaining the operation and maintenance. Great company I would recommend to anyone looking for high quality tubs and great service.

  This store is exceptional. We have been in the market for a hot tub for some time and visited different stores and this one gets my business now and in the future. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about their product. I didn’t feel pressured into buying something I didn’t want or something over my budget. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. True customer satisfaction and care. Keep up the amazing job you guys are doing.

  Purchased a hot tub from Relax and Retreat about 4 years ago from their location in Plano. Nothing but 5 stars throughout the years. Service after sales has been Stellar! I'm glad to see all their hard work and dedication to their customers is paying off for them. Congratulations on the new store!
