I absolutely CAN NOT say enough good things about this lab and these people that run it. UGH!! SO IMPRESSED. First, the quality of the work is PHENOMENAL, we have always been very, very impressed with all of their work. My boss is a cosmetic dentist, and we do lots of veneers, implants, etc. and we will never use another lab again. The characteristics of the teeth are INSANELY GOOD, no chiclets ‘round these parts😜!! The lab is very timely, usually we get our cases back earlier than we anticipated which is always nice for the patient! Plus, the owners , Adam and Meagan, are incredible , incredible people. Second, the customer service I mean WOW. You can tell their staff truly LOVE their jobs!! Emily, the accounts manager and who we see the most, is adorable! So sweet, patient, and really good about passing things on to the team and to the owners so you truly feel heard and taken care of. I can’t tell you guys the number of times they have come out to our office to do a custom shade match for patients with fluorosis, have come after hours, rushed things for us, etc. they just flat TAKE CARE OF THEIR PEOPLE!! We HIGHLY recommend this lab! *********side note: Our doctor donates dental treatment to homes and rehabs for women rescued out of human trafficking or escaping domestic abuse..... and yep...this lab has said YES more times than I can count on 5 hands , and have donated so much to these lovely, lovely women. Even during the slow seasons and COVID when they had NO business as every dental office was forced to shut down, they STILL were working on free cases for us for some of these women. Absolutely love the heart of this company and the people who run it are EARTHLY ANGELS! Highly recommend!

Nothing but good things to say about this lab. Their products are top tier, the craftsmanship of the crowns they send out are through the roof amazing, and the customer service is the best I've ever had.
They always do everything they can to be available for custom shades, and can customize almost anything for our demanding patient base.
Being a cosmetic practice in a wealthy area means that we must have the very best to offer our patients, and this is why we use DES exclusively for our fixed cases.
The owners are also some of the kindest and compassionate people I know, I am glad to work with them and have developed a friendship them since we started doing business bringing smiles to our patients.

First crowns I haven't had to adjust at all. Beautiful anatomy and design. They are fully digital and their case tracking is exactly what I need. I would send every case here if they did removable too!
