  I recently had the pleasure of visiting At Peace Spa by Defying Time, and I must say, it was an absolute haven of tranquility! From the moment I stepped inside, I could feel the stress melting away. Not only was the atmosphere incredibly peaceful and relaxing, but the staff went above and beyond to ensure an unforgettable experience.
  
  I had the pleasure of meeting Elise and Porter, two amazing individuals who not only possess the art of customer service but also doubled as knowledgeable wellness gurus. Elise guided me through the benefits of the float experience with such enthusiasm and expertise that I couldn't resist trying it out. I'm so grateful for their patience and for helping me understand the incredible benefits of floating.
  
  The moment I settled into the float pod, surrounded by serene music that had me swaying like a chilled-out jellyfish, I knew I was in for something special. The calming vibes and weightlessness transported me to a state of pure bliss. It was like floating on a cloud made entirely of relaxation and unicorns. Okay, maybe not the unicorns, but you get the idea!
  
  I left At Peace Spa feeling rejuvenated, both in body and spirit. The entire experience was top-notch, from the soothing ambiance to the genuinely kind and knowledgeable staff. I can confidently say that I'll be coming back for more pampering and relaxation. Who can resist an oasis like this?

  If you have never had the opportunity to "FLOAT" this is where you should go! I highly recommend it for anyone who needs to "get away" or "silence the world" so to say. I suffer from severe anxiety and it always helps me out. The last time I visited I also opted for a massage and do not live to regret it! Get on their email list for specials like happy hour because you will not regret it. I've also tried their light therapy sauna and found it to be very relaxing as well. Writing this review makes me want to call now to book.......
