If you're reading this, you're obviously in tough position, because custody and divorce battles are never good. But I can assure you, the services provided by Kate Smith's law firm are the best in the industry. I've had Kate Smith representation and Kelly Hall's representation both. To be honest, I was skeptical at first. But if you ever have any doubts about Kelly Hall or Kate Smith's abilities, do not fear. From my experience with them, it can only be described by an act of God of what they were able to accomplish for me and my family. I wanted Kate Smith with me at all times during court hearings, simply based on her experience and having a resume that is over qualified. But, if you get Kelly Hall at any point during your legal proceedings, she is GREAT! She may have an appearance that may seem "soft", but I can assure you she in not, she is a bulldog in the courtroom, when she needs to be. I would be shocked if there is another firm who could do better than what these fine women are capable of. I'm a very satisfied client and I believe you will be too.
