Can’t say enough about the outstanding service from beginning to end. Hugo on the phone with his friendly updates, the nice lady that took my order, to Chance Walter. What a gem Chance is very thoughtful, thorough, professional, friendly. He kept me informed all the way through. What a pleasure doing business with this company they understand customer satisfaction at higher level. My A/C is cooling like a charm.

Milestone Electric is a fabulous company. Their customer service skills are over the top. I was able to talk with a real person from the moment I called. The office & technician got back with me promptly, & were able to schedule my repairs that morning.

I have met two Milestone employees. I had a new toilet installed and the employee went above and beyond on installing the commode. He kept all things clean and explained each step of the job to my husband me. He was friendly, present and on time.
I also had an item replaced under warranty.
Again, the employee was prompt and cordial. I am very impressed with the service we have received from the employees of milestone from the telephone personnel to the service men.

Exceptional customer service. The Service Rep was extremely knowledgeable and very professional. I was so pleased with the quality of service I received that I told everyone about my visit. I hope my friends and family chose Milestone. I’m not sure if all customers receive the same level of service I received but if they do this company training and hiring programs are excellent. I will not search for an electrician in the future. I will call Milestone and ask for the same gentlemen that came to my rescue. Exceptional customer service!
