“I love Dr. Harrell. I’ve only seen her twice but I’m always so happy to make an appointment with her. She’s very nonjudgmental and takes your health/illness very seriously. Both times I have seen her she’s very willing to work with you and your own comfort as far as medications, tests or plans without pushing anything unnecessary or undesired. She’s super comforting and makes a note to keep you call in otherwise uncomfortable positions. Overall I see her as a very professional, thorough doctor who is immensely easy and nice to speak with. And for another note, I’ve been seeing doctors at MaxHealth for probably around 15 years. It’s a great office filled with great doctors and they’re all amazing to see so you won’t go wrong here! But definitely choose to come in for Dr. Harrell if given the chance!!”

I am shocked to hear that ANYONE has had a good experience with the office staff. Dr. Roopa was great, but I have been trying to make an appointment for 2 months, have left 6 voice-mails in that time, and no one has called me back. I'm currently calling and the after hours answering service is coming on, during business hours. Maybe a lunch break, obviously much needed after not returning calls all morning. Great Endos are hard to find.”
