Urgentology Care

It was a very easy experience. From covid test to getting my prescription sent to my pharmacy. Highly recommended. I booked my appointment online and checked in through the app. Very convenient.

This was our first visit to Urgentology. We visited the Colleyville location. Even though they were short-staffed during our visit on a Sunday, they weren’t rushed or impatient. The doctor and the front desk person (who was also working in the back) let us know that there might be a wait and why. They stayed calm and were kind to everyone I saw them interact with. Even being short-staffed, we were in and out in about an hour. The atmosphere and care were significantly better than we have experienced at other urgent care places.

We had an urgent need to get my fiance seen for her heart. Her GP was too busy to see her but the incredible staff here saw her promptly. The nurse was polite, friendly, patient and consistently helpful.

I would rather never need to go to another urgent care clinic, but if we had to we could not do better than here.

PA was great. She made sure to so a thorough exam. She ordered x-rays to help diagnose the problem. X-ray tech was very nice and professional as well.

This is the 2nd time I have been seen at Urgentology, and will go back if needed in the future.

Very clean and new. The doctor was thorough and everyone was so kind. We had to use Urgentology Care after my husband had a severe migraine attack. They put him on an IV medication for an hour and he was feeling so much better when we left. Highly recommend them.
