I was a new patient and my appt was late in the afternoon. I ended up being that last patient there before they closed and they took their time and did not rush to get me out of there! “Easy returns! My orthopedic surgeon recommend a Cho-Pat® Patellar Stabilizer™ for my patellar tendonitis. The stabilizer is easy to put on and has worked for me. As with anything with velcro straps, care needs to be taken when putting it on (not too tight) to avoid abrasions. I liked the knee stabilizer so much I asked customer service if they could recommend a knee brace for an obese friend of mine. They suggested trying a Dual Action® Knee Strap as that would allow more flexibility. Unfortunately, it caused abrasions. Medi-Dyne accepted the return and promptly issued a refund (even though it had been worn). This is a great company to deal with. And a great product!”
