“Before I get into my review, I need you to know that I've only been to Lonestar Lube once. Also, I usually don't review mechanics -of any kind- till I've had many visits to determine if they're consistent with their claims of quality work, but my first visit here felt necessary to mention. The first thing that struck me about Lonestar was that they gave me a price quote on my oil change before doing the work. As weird as this is to be surprised about, I've gone to several shops for oil changes over the last couple of years and not one of them has quoted me a price before doing the work. Maybe it's just my luck, but I thought that practice had gone the way of the dodo. Another thing I was surprised about was the quickness and attentiveness of the staff. I was acknowledged as soon as I drove up and given instructions on what to do. There were about 3 people ahead of me and I don't think I waited more than 20 minutes to be finished. Finally, the last thing that surprised me was an attendant who told me that my air filter was fine. I know my filter is at least around 2-3 months old now so it should still be good, but I'm so accustomed to being told that it's in need of a replacement every time I get an oil change that it's shocking when told that I don't need one yet. As an added bonus (in 2022), they will give you a coupon to Mustang Elite Car Wash for $10.99 off any wash or one free basic wash. And Lonestar is located next to a pretty good Cajun restaurant (that didn't have a good working AC on the day we went, but the food was great). I'll try to remember to write an updated review after a few visits to make sure that you're aware that this first visit wasn't a fluke, but for now I'm very impressed with Lonestar Lube.”

He was very personable and explained everything to me. I didn't sleep very well due to the cords, but that was not his fault. Overall, I would recommend this location for your sleep study.”

Locked in the date of service a couple weeks prior, solidified the paint choice the day before, and the crew showed up right on time the day of. They did a great job - took hardware off the walls to get the room painted thoroughly. No drips on the floors or base boards. Respectable crew and company. Would recommend!”

“Lots of promises and do not follow through. This is my second mattress and not happy with my mattress or this company. Will never refer to anyone. Be careful and make sure you get all your paperwork and everything signed and in writing. It will cost more money to pay a restocking fee and another delivery fee and promised to set the financing to 48 months no interest if paid in full and still not fixed. Be careful. 😡 On 1-4-2021 talked to the District Manager and we were able to come to a conclusion and make things right. I am very happy with the conclusion and the outcome. Great customer service by the District Manager. He will follow through with making the customer happy and I really appreciate the call and concern to make things right for everyone.
