Our agent Kim is amazing! She's very personable and really takes the time to get to know you. They have great rates and excellent customer service.

We've been working with Doug for over three years, and he has been amazing for all our insurance. From buying our first home, to car insurance, and now with building our house. Customer service at their office is amazing. You can call and immediately have your insurance card emailed to you if you're trying to get an inspection and need proof of it(done this so many times!). They are always happy to help and answer questions. I love working with people who treat you like a valued customer and that is Doug and his team!

They were able so save us money across the board on our car and home insurance. They provide great service. Doug is a great guy. If you are looking for policies other than car/home you might do better at a more specialized agency (this is the only reason I didn't give them 5 stars, BTW). We have always gotten great service from the internal staff and have no complaints with our current policies or Allstate in general. I actively recommend them and am happy with services they provide.
