We are extremely pleased with the work that Modern Room Remodels did, and there is no doubt that we will be using Joe for all tiling project going forward. To provide additional perspective, we have completed tiling projects prior to using Modern Room Remodels. Both contractors left much to be desired when it came to installation (uneven grout lines and raised tiles) and design (not being knowledgeable about the installation style and pattern). “I had my whole life in storage here for several months. My only issue was the mouse that got into from the next unit over when it got cold. Due to that I recommend sealing EVERYTHING. Just to be safe. I had to move in a hurry so I had two boxes that weren't able to close, one of those had a few mouse droppings in it, but no damage or pee so it's fine. They are NOT temp controlled, but do well in a pinch. Never had issues getting past the gate and the staff always helped me via phone when I would forget my account login. I would say if you are storing things that aren't electrical, this will work wonders.”
